How Are Products Shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. *Orders placed before 10:00 am ET will generally be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 am ET will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed over the weekend. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next business day (if Monday is a holiday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Please note we do not offer weekend shipping.

Please note that shipping times are in business days. We currently offer Ground Shipping (3-14 business days. Transit times vary based on shipment destination. For PO Box or APO/FPO addresses, we do not offer Ground Shipping.)

Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

Orders with Express Shipping placed Monday through Friday may be shipped the same day only if placed by 10am ET. Orders placed after 10am ET are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We recommend allowing an extra day for supply chain, carrier delays.

Next-Day Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

Orders with Next-Day Shipping placed Monday through Friday may be shipped the same day only if placed by 10am ET. Orders placed after 10am ET are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We recommend allowing an extra day for supply chain, carrier delays.

How Does Free Shipping Work?

Free Ground Shipping on all Orders of $75 or more**, only valid on standard Continental U.S. shipping. Eligible customers must select the free shipping option at checkout in order to receive free shipping. If another shipping option is chosen, additional charges will apply. Offer is good for the order's "ship-to" address for domestic travel.

**Order minimum is after promotion and before taxes.

Multiple separate orders may not be combined.

What Is Order Protection?

Orderprotection.com covers your order for every major issue that can occur during shipping. Your order will be protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items. If something goes wrong during shipping, you can quickly file a claim in a few clicks. You'll receive a refund or reshipment if your claim is approved. to protect your order, make sure order protection is toggled on in your cart.

How Do I Purchase Order Protection?

In your cart, there is a toggle to turn order protection on or off. Turn on order protection to purchase protection for your order! If you have protection turned on, you will see it appear as a line item during checkout.

How Do I File A Claim With Order Protection?

Orderprotection.com covers your order for loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items.

How Much Does Order Protection Cost?

Order protection will cost 2% of the value of your order.

International Shipping

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we work our hardest to ship your order out as soon as possible. Processing time can take up to 3-4 business days, not including weekends or U.S holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, you can expect your items to arrive between 10-14 business days. However, these dates are estimates and may vary by country and postal code.

Shipping Costs, Duties and Taxes

Shipping costs will vary by country. Unfortunately, we do not offer flat rate shipping for international orders at this time.


There may be additional duties, taxes, and/or VAT costs applied by customs. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping costs and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Alloy Apparel. Any refused orders will not be refunded by Alloy Apparel.
