How Are Products Shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. *Orders placed before 10:00 am ET will generally be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 am ET will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed over the weekend. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next business day (if Monday is a holiday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Please note we do not offer weekend shipping.

Please note that shipping times are in business days. We currently offer Ground Shipping (3-14 business days. Transit times vary based on shipment destination. For PO Box or APO/FPO addresses, we do not offer Ground Shipping.)

Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

Orders with Express Shipping placed Monday through Friday may be shipped the same day only if placed by 10am ET. Orders placed after 10am ET are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We recommend allowing an extra day for supply chain, carrier delays.

Next-Day Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

Orders with Next-Day Shipping placed Monday through Friday may be shipped the same day only if placed by 10am ET. Orders placed after 10am ET are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We recommend allowing an extra day for supply chain, carrier delays.

How Does Free Shipping Work?

Free Ground Shipping on all Orders of $75 or more**, only valid on standard Continental U.S. shipping. Eligible customers must select the free shipping option at checkout in order to receive free shipping. If another shipping option is chosen, additional charges will apply. Offer is good for the order's "ship-to" address for domestic travel.

**Order minimum is after promotion and before taxes.

Multiple separate orders may not be combined.

What is Onward Checkout+?

We’ve partnered with Onward to provide our customers with carbon neutral shipping protection on your purchase. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be protected against lost, stolen or damaged packages. You’ll also have a 90 day extended warranty that protects against rips, tears and other issues arising from normal usage.

If you choose to waive Onward Checkout+ and your package is damaged, lost or stolen in transit, you can reach out to us for help. We will do our best to assist, although we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to recover your package once it is passed off to our shipping partner.

How does Onward work?

Onward is an on-demand concierge service that covers our customers in the event they have shipping or product issues. If you add Onward to your order, you’ll be able to file a claim with just a few clicks and have the option of receiving a refund or a reorder based on the type of claim. Your claim will be reviewed for approval within an hour.

How Do I File A Claim?

Who does Onward partner with to make shipments carbon neutral?

Onward has partnered with Cool Effect, a 501c non-profit climate change organization, to neutralize carbon emissions from your shipments covered with Onward. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be automatically taking action against climate change.

What happens if my replacement order through Onward also gets lost, stolen or damaged?

Not a problem! Any replacement orders that are placed by Onward are still insured by Onward.

International Shipping

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we work our hardest to ship your order out as soon as possible. Processing time can take up to 3-4 business days, not including weekends or U.S holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, you can expect your items to arrive between 10-14 business days. However, these dates are estimates and may vary by country and postal code.

Shipping Costs, Duties and Taxes

Shipping costs will vary by country. Unfortunately, we do not offer flat rate shipping for international orders at this time.


There may be additional duties, taxes, and/or VAT costs applied by customs. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping costs and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Alloy Apparel. Any refused orders will not be refunded by Alloy Apparel.
